STATION 3: AMBULANCE 93
Ambulance 93 was delivered on 11/9/2004. Like our other two ambulances, A93 is based on a Ford F-350 4x4 chassis, making it sure footed in all the varied weather our valley throws at us. Ambulance 93 is first out from Wood River Station 3, providing quick coverage to the large areas of the south country that comprise Wood River Fire & Rescue's ambulance district.
In addition to our patient care equipment, Ambulance 95 also carries a small extrication tool called a Mighty Quiet; with its southern location, A95 is sometimes first on scene to motor vehicle accidents, and with the Mighty Quiet the crew can begin extricating patients even before Rescue 91 arrives.
